Your decorations should support the theme as they help set the mood for the night. Make sure all ideas are safe and adhere to the fire codes of your selected venue.

Gather Printed Materials
Start designing invitations, tickets and programs for your dance. You will want to secure a printer who will meet your needs. Have a timeframe established for when you need to have your designs ready to print and when the printed materials will be delivered.

Select Favours and Supplies
All party favours, supplies, royalty sashes/crowns, etc. should be ordered at least three months in advance of your event. It is never too early to complete this process as personalized favours/supplies take longer to produce.
