When will I be notified about Portrait Day? |

Your school will be provided with a minimum of two Portrait Day notification pieces: the Portrait Day informational flyer and a Next Day Reminder Notice. The information flyer is typically sent home with your child one to three weeks prior to Portrait Day. This flyer includes package and pricing information along with an attached order form envelope. The Next Day Notice is sent home the day before Portrait Day. Your school may also include Portrait Day information in its newsletter or school website. |

Our photographers are trained to adjust lights and respectfully pose you to minimize glass glare. |

Can my portrait be taken before gym class or lunch? |

We work with your school to organize Portrait Day in the most efficient and least disruptive way possible. Sometimes that means we have to photograph after lunch or early in the afternoon. We have mirrors and combs on hand to make your portrait the best it can be. |

How quickly are finished portraits returned? |

Your photographs will be delivered to the school approximately three weeks after Portrait Day. |

What if I don’t like my portrait? |

At Lifetouch, we offer a Portrait Promise Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, return your fall portraits on Retake Day and we will re-photograph free of charge. If you are not pleased with your retake photographs, we’ll gladly refund your money. |

Lifetouch has a copyright policy designed to protect the images it takes - similar to the policies used by moviemakers, video producers and writers. While you do purchase your portraits, the original image remains the property of Lifetouch. This original image cannot be photocopied or reproduced without the company’s express written consent. |

I have already purchased fall school portraits. What is spring Portrait Day? |

The fall portrait is a time-honoured tradition and a necessity for school IDs, yearbooks and other important administrative support products. Lifetouch spring portrait programs offer the opportunity to have studio style portraits featuring contemporary backgrounds, a 1/3-length pose and fun props. Spring portrait programs typically include special portrait products not available in the fall, such as key chains, bookmarks and gift products. |
