Payments
We offer three types of payment programs: prepay, family approval and proof.

Prepay Program
Prepay programs request that payment for package orders be made on Portrait Day.

Family Approval Program
Family approval programs allow families to preview the portraits before deciding whether to buy. Purchase orders and unpurchased portraits are to be returned to the school between five and 10 days (depending on the school).

Proof Program
This program provides a proof of your portraits and gives between five and ten days to return a portrait order to your school.

Reorders
Reorder instructions are always included on the back of your portrait envelope or on an insert that accompanies your portraits. If you cannot find yours, contact us for assistance. Please keep in mind that Lifetouch portraits are copyright protected. Reprints must be made through our production facilities.
