Lifetouch Sports knows that every moment counts! Your practice time is critical, so we schedule your team portraits at your convenience. When the day comes, we are set up and ready to go on time, every time. Later, team portraits arrive in season, sorted by team and labeled by team for easy distribution.
Before Picture Day
No Extra Work for You
We help you inform your parents about Picture Day. You’ll receive flyers for your team(s) well ahead of Picture Day, and time and date posters to hang in the locker room, so parents and athletes are prepared.
We’ll scout the locations for both your individual and team photos. We’ll bring our own equipment and props, appropriate for your sport. We have portable, custom-built risers that allow us to go anywhere you want the team to be.

After Picture Day
You can be confident that our professionalism and support does not stop once the photos are taken. We have developed proven systems to make sure you can easily distribute your team’s photos.
Name Label System
Our name label system for all packages and products helps simplify the distribution process. Portrait packages arrive sorted by team and labeled with individual contents. You’ll also receive a Package Verification List that summarizes all your team’s packages and contents.
Publication Support
Athletic Programs
A key memento for any sports season is the Athletic Program. We’ll work with you to make sure you have the photos you need to get yours completed. Early Portrait Day scheduling ensures that you have your individual, team and coaching staff photos for your first program. If you need them we can also offer same-day prints of priority portraits, or we can set a special day for program prints and take final prints another day.
Yearbook Support
We’re experienced with yearbook deadlines and specifications. We’ll provide team portrait prints.
Provincial Tournament Programs
When you qualify for provincials, you’ll likely have new photography needs. If your team changes during the season, we’ll be happy to return to your school to take an accurate portrait for this all important program.
Newspapers
Team photos are available for news publications - compliments of Lifetouch Sports Portraits. If a sports reporter needs something more, just ask!
